Members of Dr. Smith DirectCare have access to the online patient portal called Onpatient. New members will receive an invitation to create their Onpatient account within a few days of joining Dr. Smith DirectCare.
Onpatient is used by members to do such things as set appointments with Dr. Smith and securely house personal health information. Clicking the Onpatient link below will take you to the login screen where you can access your personal account.
